Highly recommend Olly to anyone. I had a knee injury that prevented me from running and long distance walks for about 4 months. Olly set a program for me that was very manageable to follow and checked in on my progress throughout. I thoroughly enjoyed the sessions I had with him, he taught me a lot about training and injuries and what I can do to prevent this from happening again in the future. I'm back to running again thanks to Olly.

Olly gave me a sports massage post marathon to iron out the niggles and it helped to get me back out running again as soon as possible. I also recommended Olly to my partner who has a knee problem and he has seen vast improvements. Very professional service and honest pricing.

Olly is the best massage therapist Ive ever had, and I had a lot. The biggest advantage is that he himself is a sportsmen, so he knows what muscule can hurt and therefore what needs to be relaxed. Hi is just brilliant! Many thanks, Olly for your talent

Was in severe pain and he was an absolute star, booked me in and seen to quick. After 2 sessions and some exercises I was pain free and able to get back to lifting. Would totally recommend anyone to see Olly!
