Sofas & Stuff - Stroud

I really enjoyed my visit to this showroom. The products are very high quality and the designs / fabrics are lovely. Janet was exceptionally helpful and provided fantastic customer service.

Marie made the whole experience both fun and memorable. We visited the Stroud store on a Saturday to get an idea of what we wanted. This was followed up with daily phone calls as we moved through the process of buying two sofas and a footstool. I made another trip into the store midweek and Janet was really helpful too, physically moving a sofa across so we could see the two side by side. More phone calls and mood boards were emailed. Marie helped me to make the final decision. We took the plunge and made the order. Awesome service from the Stroud store!

Wonderfully professional, friendly service! The staff are very knowledgeable about all their products; answered all our questions, and were very happy for us to keep popping into the store to sit on the sofas in order to help us make our decision; and once our order was placed, kept us informed of delivery every step of the way! Deliciously comfy sofa now installed in the living room! Highly recommend!

What a wonderful team. I was given such a warm welcome when I first walked into the showroom. Lovely Grace was extremely helpful and efficient. She helped me to choose my sofa, kindly and efficiently taking all my needs into account. Once Janet finished with her client she also came to offer me a coffee. Excellent customer service all round. Wonderful showroom with lots of models on display and more fabrics than you can imagine. The staff are polite and attentive but in no way pushy. We were free try out the collection as we pleased and then when we were ready we were given all the help we needed before being sent a quote to consider at home before committing. The follow up service was diligent and helpful. Well worth a visit!
