Overlocker workshop Fantastic 2.5 hr workshop. Very informative and to the point. Now feel confident I have the confidence to rethread and use my Overlocker which had previously sat on a shelf untouched for a year! Thank you Martha I will be back for more workshops!

I recently attended the beginners overlocker course at the Sewing Shed and can thoroughly recommend it. The atmosphere was friendly and relaxed with Martha being a great teacher imparting her knowledge clearly. Time was managed really well and we got through a lot in the afternoon. I am looking forward to the follow on overlocker course. Marie

Went to the beginners overlocker work shop. Loved it. A group of 8 of us. Lovely to meet other friendly people. Great to know and practice how to use my own overlocker. Great that Martha got us to introduce ourselves at the beginning. Throughout Martha made sure that she came round to each of us in turn to help and support and see how we are getting on - very important I feel, to ensure everyones needs are met and feel inclusive. Unfortunately due to other commitments, I cant go to the follow-up t-shirt workshop but hope another one will be put on this year. I feel the pricing for the day (afternoon) was just right Thank you Martha.

I have just completed the 10 week introductory course and it has been fantastic. I started with no idea how to use my sewing machine and after 10 weeks I'm able to carry out simple projects using the techniques I've learned. Martha is a great teacher and the classes are fun and engaging. Highly recommended.
