        A "FINE" DAY.... we did our usual shop, bumped into some old friends and all went to the caf, great afternoon... until we ended up with an 80 ANPR camera parking fine.. for overstaying the parking limit , aggressive end to a good day.. will not be using again... Parking: 80 ANPR camera parking fine.. for overstaying the parking limit when making use of the caf after a shop, aggressive end to a good day.. will not be using again...

        What a shambles - couldnt start breakfast because they hadnt got staff, eventually started taking orders without any announcement so by the time those of us who had waited 40minutes to order realised and made our way up the queue, we were all told thered be at least a 25minute wait because of the number of people who just come in and been allowed to order. At this point extending the wait to over an hour for a basic breakfast was unpalatable and we were too late to get breakfast anywhere else. We will not risk that again. Its no reflection on the staff, its shoddy management, no customer information or communication systems and no mechanism in place to deal with the consequences of management incompetence :-(
