Great restaurant for a different experience. This ia located in an old mill and it has a different ambiance than most pubs, it's quite big compared to other quaint country pubs in the area, but if you are on holiday from a big city it will feel normal but with a unique design given antique wheels and accoutrements were retained. I especially noted the wallpaper and the food.

Went for a meal to celebrate my mother's 70th Birthday. The hotel is situated in a very picturesque area, and accessibility is good, however there are some stairs inside the main entrance so mobile impaired people should be aware of this. I ordered the steak burger, and it was kind of a religious experience for me. The best burger I've had in 43 years and that's without a shadow of a doubt. The waiting staff were extremely friendly and the service was quick and efficient especially for a party of the size of ours (8+ people). I'm struggling to find any notable fault in the experience at all.
