        I am very disappointed by the letter deliveries in my area. When our postman is away on holiday we've not been getting a service for 3 days, this happens every time. Please organise a replacement for when he is away. Although posted in plenty of time mother's in my area did not receive their cards until the following week because our postman was away.

        Rode all the way here because apparently its open. I'm soaking wet only to find that it's open only until either 10am or 2pm. What use is that to absolutely anyone

        Open 2 hours on Monday... 2 hours Tuesday... Closed Wednesday! What is this an 80 year old retired bloke doing a bit of work on the side?? Absolutely unbelievable.

        Changed their opening hours again. A couple of months ago I could pick a parcel up on Saturday afternoon. Now they have reverted back to 9-1300hrs.
