        Turtle productions helped transform our garden with a beautiful wildlife pond with waterfall and filtration. The team were such a delight to work with and were very professional, friendly and helpful. They kept us informed all the way through the project. They ensured the garden was cleared and it was left tidy. We had to have a mini digger and as a result of our narrow entrance to the garden they did have to move the gate frame and part of a rockery. This was put back exactly as it was before the work commenced. We did have an issue with the waterfall leaking after they left. Once the team were contacted they acted immediately. They came back and was able to establish the reason, then made the required adjustments. We have not had any issues since. There will always be teething problems in a project this, but the fact the team came immediately shows how committed they are to their customers. We definitely can recommend Turtle Productions and we would like to say a big thank you to Andy, Mark and Tim for an excellent job.
