        I dont enjoy leaving bad reviews but the service I received when at your stall in Caerphilly Food Festival was some of the worst Ive ever had. When asking about ingredients for one of the pies because of an allergy, I was told to read the sign in front and use my common sense. The sign in front had about 4 of the ingredients on it, so I was still unsure whether the allergen was in the pie. The member of staff also shouted speak up at me as if I was a child. My items were then thrown at me without a thank you. A smile and pleasant language goes a long way even at busy times.
