        Whenever I have a sports related injury, I use these 5 valleys, especially Patrick Meyer. He's fantastic at identifying the issue, explaining it clearly and then recommending appropriate exercises, to assist with the rehab.

        Went to Bruce with a bad back and shoulder. Having been in significant pain for months and exhausting other treatments, he has been able to reduce all pain and mobility is nearly back to 100% after only two session. Could not recommend highly enough.
