        I rang this morning to speak to someone about a prescription, they told me to call back which I did then get told yes the prescription is here, and will be ready to be picked up, so I organise for it to be collected, and guess what not ready till monday as they dont have it in stock. Maybe instead of calling me my lovely on the phone it would be lovely to have prescription I really needed before monday.

        The staff is amazing, been so helpful under lockdown! But then Lloyds pharmacy lost a lot off pharmasist and our Lloyds in Stroud is one of the placed where it has been a big,irritating issue.!we have come there and the door has been closed and the staff can't give you a time when they're opening.And the reasons is that they can't give you the medication without a pharmacist, and that is not the staffs fault!That is to bad management from Llhoys headquarters. But now they have someone at least a few days a week:) I don't understand why they can't have a answer machine with this information when you call,so we have to go to town for no reason,it would be so much better!! So don't blame the staff,blame the leaders!!
