        The staff are friendly and polite. Prescriptions procedure is carried out to the book and the staff do not make any shortcuts. This diligence can lead to higher wait times but it's worth it to follow correct procedure for the safety of the customers. The shop inside is neatly arranged with a cozy atmosphere, products are reasonably priced and staff are knowledgeable and patient. One parking bay available Infront of the shop with further parking available behind shared with the doctors surgery attached to the pharmacy itself.

        I was too told by my GP that prescription will be sent to the pharmacy immediately, but that doesnt happen so it is very misleading from their side and then the expectation is set high! There has always been a wait with prescriptions and yes its a busy pharmacy. But with the most helpful staff and also free delivery to you home if required!! 5 stars all the way!

        I love this pharmacy its absolutely wonderful & staff are polite lovely helpful & the poducts are affordable & really good! Best pharmacy I've ever had!! Also Dr. E Esmalji is an exellent Dr. Who reallt listens & helps! He is so thouroughly excellent with my treatment so much so that its a breath of fresh air!! Himself paired with Stonehouse Pharmacy makes healthcare in this day & age a rarity!! Ive never been happier with a pharmacy or Dr. Ever!!
