        My dog is always looked after here. They do a good job with the grooming! Polite and friendly staff!

        Terrible passive aggressive attitude, talked to me like I'd never owned or had a dog before, despite being a registered breeder in the past. Said that if they needed to spend more than 20 minutes combing out knots, then they'd have to take all of my dogs coat off! I have a breed of dog that does knot easily if brushing is not done for a few days. She was hardly matted and full of knots which was what was implied. Can't rate the grooming as I left due to the groomers very poor customer service and school teacher attitude. Won't be trying them again

        Thank you so much for your understanding and kindness about my Romanian rescue dog TheaShe has been abused and lived outside for7 years and are still scared of so many things ,but the nice staff was so understanding and gentle and my girl was so proud of herself when she came out And the price,the work they have done, just nice things to say!!! Thea is coming back,that's for sure!!
