Equifeast

Extremely disappointed with the experience I have encountered with Equifeast. I was unsure what supplement to give my horse so I called for their advise. I was told that the cool core digest would be best for him. As I was asking for their expertise I spent over 80 on this supplement for 4-5 weeks supply. Imagine my dismay when I discovered all it was was wheatgerm (which I was already feeding in the way of e-calm) and a balancer. I did not need a balancer as already told person on the end of the phone, the feed I was feeding, which included a comprehensive vitamin and mineral balancer. I called and spoke to Malcolm who told me to reject the parcel as it would be sent back to them and to call on Monday to arrange a more suitable supplement. At no time did he say that I was expected to pay for its return. The parcel was left on my doorstep so I did not have the opportunity to reject it. I called as told to do so on Monday to then be told that I would be charged 20 to return it, bearing in mind it was their fault I was given a completely wrong product and completely wrong advise. I could understand that charge if it was my fault, but it was bought under their recommendation. Please do your own research on this or any of their products BEFORE ordering and DO NOT rely on their advise, it will be very expensive for you.

Best calmer on the market. Only one I have found works. Have used it with all my Iberian horses imported from Portugal and Spain, when life is very different for them here. Have recommended it to many!!
