I've had to call a couple of times now after witnessing animals get bumped by cars and acting oddly while I was out walking on wooded foothpaths. The people on the phone are incredibly professional, kind and helpful at walking you through what you need to do to make an animal safe until they can take over and help the animal which they are incredible at. They are also really helpful at pointing you towards the right organizations when the animal in question is outside of their scope or their is someone that might be able to get their faster.
