My experience with Caroline was great! I enjoyed the workouts and she help me to correct posture and the way I was exercising! I love her classes too: her HIIT classes are a killer but such high energy and fun! I highly recommend her to anyone that wants to get back in shape or that wants to get their body moving!

Caroline was introduced to me when I had just bought a rowing machine and some other exercise equipment. But needed some professional training and guidance on a regular basis. I had let my exercise routines slip and was suffering with really bad joints that were failing me. Carolines training has improved my health, blood pressure and joints to the point that now run up and down the stairs with no pain in my joints. All this improvement has happened in a very short space of time. I really enjoy my training sessions amd look forward to them every week. Thank you Caroline.

Amazing attitude and results. Caroline started with understanding exactly how I felt and what I want to get out of training. We have worked on a fully custom plan of exercises and style that I like - this has built up to make me stronger, happier and with heaps more energy. She's got a detailed understanding of health and fitness so we're always mixing up our sessions and getting more out of the time. It's always a pleasure to join a session.
