        Originally gave a poor review due to ignoring me and not calling back when having a issue with sight changes while pregnant. However they rectified this and were very helpful when I did eventually get an appointment. The optician ordered every scan and check he could just to be safe and was very thorough and friendly

        I already had a prescription ao went in and immediately found 2 pairs of glasses that i hadn't seen in other specsavers. Sat down, bought them, done. Collection in a few weeks time

        On my first visit to Specsavers in Stroud I was most impressed. I was given some tests straight away, and waited only a few minutes for my optician appointment. He rapidly assessed what my problem was, showed me evidence of it, agreed the treatment I needed, and rang a clinic to see what the wait time would be. He also emailed the NHS to see what their wait time would be and rang me later that same evening to let me know. He gave me the referral I needed, and I am now booked in for treatment only 10 days or so after my Specsavers appointment. I am a very happy customer.
