A first class opticians. Paul and Rebecca could not have been more helpful, making the customer service outstanding. In addition Paul has a fantastic selection of frames to choose from. What more could you ask for! I cannot recommend them high enough.

Thank you Rebecca and Paul for such a great customer service experience with you getting my Tom Ford glasses and Gucci prescription sunglasses. Both pairs are completely amazing. I can see so well, its a visionary game changer! I've been receiving so many compliments about both my glasses and sunglasses - it's been so very lovely - and they me smile every day! Thank you so much! P.S: A few months after getting my new glasses... Stupidly, I went into a sauna with my new Tom Ford's on, and didn't realise that the heat would affect my lenses. When I realised I damaged my lenses (they went all crackle glazed) I immediately confessed what I had done, and Paul and Rebecca were so lovely and went above and beyond getting them replaced for me really fast! Thank you again for your brilliant customer service Paul and Rebecca, and everyone else - learn from my stupidity and please don't go into a sauna with your glasses on!!!

Want premium glasses and service? Look no further! Best opticians in Stroud by far! My Tom Ford frames encountered a crack in the bridge while I was cleaning them. I took the frames in and explained what had happened. Paul and Rebecca shipped in a new pair of frames from Italy free of charge as they were still under Tom Fords warranty. Great team! Thanks guys, Liam.
