Recently had an appalling experience here. Ordered and paid for some new contact lenses two months ago, and have tried no less than FOUR pairs, all of which were worse than my current ones and all gave me blurred vision. Finally I asked for my money back, and was charged 60 for the aftercare check-up, and was told they wouldn't charge me for the 7 visits I made to collect, return and try out the lenses, all at my own expense, time and inconvenience! What's more, they confirmed they'd given the wrong measurements to the manufacturer for the first pair, and also said another patient had experienced exactly the same problem of blurriness with the other lenses as myself, so it must have been a manufacturing problem. Absolutely OUTRAGEOUS!!!
