        Ordered in July, and still no delivery. I've tried emailing/calling but no response. My bank has also been slow to dispute.. but that's the route I'm going to get my back.

        I had to leave a star rating to leave review but would say the service is 0 rating. I placed an order for cotton on the 22nd February and I am still waiting. I have sent various emails, Facebook message and also through there online chat function on there own website to date no response. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Happy to take your money but not supply the goods. Communicatiom is key if there is an issue.

        I ordered from this company on Amazon. The product pages both clearly state "12 per box" embroidery floss skeins. I have just received both orders for two of these supposedly great value boxes but have only received one skein of each, which is utterly useless. Looking at the feedback they only have one star, with ten reviews. Buy at your peril from this company as they are breaking the Trades Description Act by doing this. Looking at the reviews on Amazon I am not the first person to have had this done so caveat emptor!
