        Husband took my iPad mini to be fixed as it had a broken screen. Quoted 60 for it to be fixed so we had it fixed. When we got it back we noticed that where they glued/stuck the screen back down it didnt look cosmetically right as there were several black glue marks which feel very bumpy when you touch them. The ipad will also now only hold an 11% charge. Took it back today to explain that it would only hold an 11% charge only for the person to try and get me to trade it in for a new ipad or they could fix it but it would take up to a week. No refund offered! DO NOT GO HERE AVOID!

        My speakers wasn't working properly, they Dont like giving refunds, I had to Fight to get my money back. Haven't been in this phone shop for years And he said Buy from a different shop next time As we don't normally give Refunds, so yeah he was being funny to me and as I left I said a Careful good bye.. never going back there.. My advice to other people Avoid this shop.
