I went in to buy a handle for frount door the first man was very helpful when it came it was to big so I asked if the second man for help he measured it and said u need what ever size so I went bk on line and I could not find it so he said I forgot now I told u what u need he was so bloody rude my blood boiled u will not go there again

The duty manager (I think called Will) and Sean were so helpful to me today! I had a particularly complicated return to explain & had been apprehensive prior to going in. I explained it to Sean & it wasnt a problem at all. Sean helped me get the items out of my car & Will patiently & methodically processed the refunds! Thank you so much. Great store, helpful staff! 10/10
