        Staff okay in past but Boots are very poor at getting appointments. Earliest slot two months ahead cancelled by them; then another 2 months ahead at 5pm in Gloucester cancelled '20 minutes!!' beforehand; after driving from Stroud. They were apparently running late! Perhaps they'd like to pay for my fuel! Useless and unprofessional.

        Booked an appointment 2 months in advance after getting about 5 reminder letters, when I went for my appointment, they find I wasnt on the system, so I made another appointment, the 1st lady was very helpful, the male staff member was pleasant enough. The 2nd lady was rude to me. This isnt the 1st she has been rude to me, she seems to have an issue with me, maybe its the colour of my skin or disability.
