        Amazing group of people, went in with a I can hear something and they diagnosed and made suggestions to fix it, would happily recommend them to anyone

        First time I had been here and Alison was brilliant. We had bought a car from a dealer and after a couple of days there was a problem with the coolant system. He had given us a warranty that would only cover up to 500 of repairs, so she reminded me about our statutory rights and encouraged me to go back to the dealer and insist on them fixing it (although obviously she could also look at it, but not for a couple of weeks). We called the dealer who came and picked up the car and fixed it. So when/if anything further needs doing to it, we'll definitely be back to Blueboys!
