I went to see Claire for a body massage. I didnt have any specific issues, just tension in the upper back due to using a computer on a daily basis. She did a brilliant job of working out all the tension in my shoulders and I felt completely relaxed. Shes also clearly very knowledgeable and can spot misalignments or sore areas, which she will give you tips or exercises for. On top of that shes really lovely, friendly and makes you feel at ease. The room is also really cosy and warm, which makes for the perfect environment. Thank you Claire!

When I found myself with pain and stiffness in my shoulders I turned to Claire again. Shes always attentive, and listens, and shes able to see what is going on in my body and what help it needs to heal. Her experience and understanding comes through in her confidence and care (with both manipulation and massage) - I know I am in good hands. I appreciate her patience, and how committed she is, taking the time thats needed, and giving advice about exercises and other things that help. And the massage is so relaxing I dont want it to end!
