Over the past year I don't know how my son and i would have coped with everything we had going on at home if it wasn't for urban martial arts. Our confidence has grown and our mental health has improved, I have stepped out of my comfort zone massively, thanks to an amazing team of coaches. I will always be eternally grateful to all of you

Urban martial arts stroud has been the making of olly. After doing karate with all age groups and all belt levels. Being in a group with children roughly the same age and experience level has really helped him feel better about where he is with his training. The junior staff are highly trained professionals with years of experience and medals to show for it. There all amazing with the kids and olly has become very friendly with all of them. I hope olly continues to grow under the guidance of the urban instructors and that they can train him to be fair honest and treat everyone with respect and honour

Urban Martial arts Stroud has accelerated my son Freddie's maturity and confidence. While teaching him valuable self defence skills. He loves his time at Urban. He feels he's with family when there. The respect and trust he has for his coaches is second to none. They've made him believe in himself, and in return he gives them 100% every session. It's a great place for young children to gain confidence, I would recommend "Urban Martial Arts Stroud" to any parents that want their children to do after school activities. Learning valuable skills, and getting great cardio workouts. Plus making great friends.
