Stroud Self Defence

Wow. I learned more than I could have imagined from a two-hour self-defence workshop. I came away not only with a greater understanding of how to avoid scary situations, but with the absolute knowledge that I can defend myself if necessary. The way Jeth enabled us to apply the training on a simulated attacker was creative and empowering, and he is a brilliant teacher. Thank you Jeth!

I would highly recommend Jeth for self defence classes , my son and his friend have just completed a 2 hour session and really enjoyed it and have come away feeling much more confident . He made the session relevant for teenagers , it was very informative but also fun . Thankyou so much Jeth

I cannot recommend this club highly enough. Jeth is an amazing instructor with an obvious passion for what he teaches, which makes each class fun and informative. The rest of the group are so welcoming and supportive and always made me feel at ease. I'm gutted to be leaving the club, but am now going travelling with new skills and an inner confidence that i never knew i had. Thanks everyone will miss you all loads!
