Rosie and her team really listened to what I wanted to achieve and how I wanted to support my community. We formed a strategy and started roll out of website, blogs, social media and email marketing. There are always going to be hiccups along the way, but it's all about how your supplier responds, communicates and fixes issues that counts, and the team at Mapped Marketing have been excellent in this regard. As well as building my brand, we have been able to generate some great leads which are set to convert and provide a ROI inside of 4 months. I'm a happy customer.

I have to say a big thank you to Rosie Reynolds Marketing, they are a great team and are very professional at everything they do. I was at a crossroads with the business and along they came and showed me what direction to turn, they refreshed our website and what a great job they have done with that. We will certainly be using this great team again. We would recommend these guys to all who are looking for advise and competitive rates in all things marketing :-) We will be going back for more.

Honestly the worst company I have ever worked with for building a website. After spending tens of thousands of pounds with them, I've been left with a website that is barely functional and full of issues and nothing works as it should. The customer service was just horrendous: no or little reply to emails when I raised all the issues with the site, it took four months to even get something addressed by them that was stopping business for us, Zena is arrogant and rude and tries to cover everything up by making out it's your fault when she is supposed to be the expert and now I've moved to someone else to host and fix the issues, we just keep finding more and more problems which only costs more money to fix. I'm absolutely gutted at the money I've wasted but we live and learn and hopefully this will help someone else avoid going through what I had to.
