Faulty and ugly seams and months of stress trying to get resolution. Customade supplied our windows which were fitted by another company. Unfortunately they all have flaws and we have been left in limbo for months, not knowing if they will be repaired. Every time I walk through my front door I have to look at the ugly finish and it is really getting me down. An independent company has started doing the repairs but they are waiting on Customade to give the go ahead to complete the job. Please Customade, do the right thing and respond to Magicman so we can finally get some resolution.

See Photo evidence. Never have I come across a company that has such a total disregard for its customer. Service poor, product looks good but fitting and customer service appalling. Daylight could be seen from inside property where window fits to frames. Customer service is only available prior to payment, once payment made customer service ends. Worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Should avoid at all cost. Repeated emails, telephone calls and official complaint letter ignored, rude and unprofessional. Heating cost through the roof. Sold me self clean glass to all windows knowing that self clean are for sloping roof windows. Cold outside air hitting warm inside air causing serious condensation issues where gaps and seals dont work. All these issues have never been resolved they just return time and time again to play at repairing, they fitted oversized gasket rubbers to stop some drafts to slimline windows that were not meant to have larger gaskets. This forces window openers away from frames when shut. I have been trying to get this rectified for years and am left having paid many thousands of pounds for a product not fit for purpose. Front door wont open in hot weather, they adjusted so it would open but now cold air hitting warm air and so door runs with water. Disgraceful!!!!!! Customade you have never rectified the problems so the public should disregard your comments.

Wanted to give no stars but had to tick 1. We purchased REAL aluminium doors and windows for a new build house in Oxfordshire. Bought through an installation company who went into liquidation Nov 22. The hermetical sealed glazing has blown on 8 panes of glass only 2 years after install, but the manufacturer 'Customade' refuses to replace their faulty glass because they said our contract was with the company no longer trading. Very poor show from a manufacturing company who advertise their internal glazing units are covered for 5 years, we will pursue out of pocket costs and legal fees through the small claims court. Easy to hide behind a contract when you sell faulty products. Be warned before you place your order, there are many other great manufacturers out there who actually stand by their warranties and guarantees regardless who you buy them through

Been trading with Customade for many years, not once have I had to ask for quick help, but on this occasion I was in a bind. A client, which happened to be a big spender, had an issue with items "lost" on site, a damaged frame/sash and a cylinder for a door. I raised the issue with Customade, expecting to have to pay up for the frame, which hadn't been reported in time, but worked with them to find a solution as it was such a big customer. To my delight, the team at Customade were able to help me and on this occasion and provided the frame/sash remake foc and supplied all items in very good time, much to the delight of my collegeues, but most importantly to my client who was extremely happy. In turn their customer, the homeowner, was elated with the result as they had their concerns that nothing would materialise. For such a huge company, the personal feeling I got from the Customade team was very refreshing, a real credit to the industry and I will continue to deal with them. In dealing with my issue, albeit small, they kept our reputation in tact and that of my client. All round outstanding work, wouldn't hesitate to recommend Customade. Thank you to your team.
