        Sent them an email and tried calling in 2022, no reply. Did the same in 2023 and same story. Must have rung them 20 times and no one picks up. Is the company still operating?

        So I went on holiday two weeks ago. I left a message on their website outlining my requirement in some detail and provided other relevant info and as I was holidaying asked for an email exchange in the first instance. Not an acknowledgement, no email, not a peep. Tried to call today, bounced from one phone to another (hunting) and ended with a request to leave a phone message or sent an email. Conclusion: Unresponsive and anonymous. Not a good start.

        Do not under any circumstances buy a Britwind H15 turbine we've owned ours for 4 years and its stood still for 2. You have been warned, stay clear of this company.

        BritWind does a pretty decent job at making the entire solution. One of their average 9 to 15 MWH per year. Thats enough to power about 3 to 5 homes a year. The company is doing a great job.
