Shame they dont allow 0 stars, charged to look at fire when the engineer said on arrival that he doesnt know how to fix this sort of fire and i had better call someone else.... Spoke to office staff and they are not interested, 84 charge to do nothing and tell you to call someione else, I am in the wrong business!!

After two different attempts to get some help with my gas boiler, Kerry Maintenance responded quickly, efficiently and effectively. Colleagues from the office to the engineers an absolute credit to the business. Highly recommended by me, in such difficult times recruiting.

A little dissapointed with this service unfortunately. I requested for a gas hob to be disconnected, which the engineer did do efficiently and cut and removed the gas pipe to make safe. However, the following morning we discovered that there was no hot water. I called KM and they explained that if the issue was caused as a result of their work, there would be no further charge, but if it was "purely coincidence" (as it was described to me on the phone) that the heating suddenly had gone, then there would be a further call out charge...this was quite surprising tbh and I think the chances of it being "coincidental", given the fact that the heating had never been a problem for quite a few years, were actually quite slim. A booking for the following day was subsequently made. To KM's credit, they did call me back with a potential cause (an air bubble in the system having been created) and to try the boiler reset - this did work and the heating returned but I noticed that the boiler pressure had dropped - I could not prove that it was connected to the work KM had done however. The real issue imo is that the KM engineer should have checked that the hot water was still on before finishing the job, regardless of whether they thought it wouldn't have been connected - they didn't do this and subsequently this issue arose. Could have been better.
