We recently had an elopement wedding & the Lily pad supplied the most beautiful of arrangements. Then when asked on the day of the wedding, about 3 hours before the ceremony if they could create another 2 bouquets, they got straight to it & the bouquets were ready within 30 minutes. I would highly recommend!! The staff are so friendly.

Mandy and the team provided the flowers for our wedding. We were in love with all of our flowers and they exceeded our expectations. Mandy was absolutely amazing and made us feel so special. The bouquets were gorgeous as were all the floral arrangements. Would definitely recommend.

I have never left a review on Google before as I believe that customer service is a given. However Mandy went much more than the extra mile- she went 48! Having been disappointed in a hand tied bouquet of freesias delivered to a hotel in Stroud for my wifes birthday, Mandy showed true concern that I was unhappy as there had been a misunderstanding in what we were to receive. I was offered a partial refund or as she and her husband were travelling close to Oxford she would replace the bouquet and delivered them personally. My wife was thrilled as the presentation & quality was perfect. Absolutely tremendous service and would recommend The Lily Pad highly. Thank you Mandy
