I have sent in 2 complaints over 6 months, they have closed these complaints without my consent, I believe they were not resolved. Proof can be provided. We are a vulnerable household on the priority register, they know this yest their advice and support is to give to lower the standing charge but higher the price of the tariff. They are forcing me to stay on a pay as you go meter. I have followed all their advice and nothing from them but lots or being ignored. Proof they do their best to ignore vulnerable households, they even know that I have had my gas capped and continue to charge standing charges. I had my gas capped so I can afford to pay their high prices, they admitted, via email and on the phone they was the most expensive supplier so they can put the resources back into renewable energy. I am completely disgusted with the customer service. Six weeks of phone calls and emails to them and they still can't understand that I have moved.

They are not even worth 1 star but unfortunately it's the only way to voice my opinions on Ecotricity. They are unbelievably and blatantly thiefs and are getting away with it. I am discusted with their ways of trying to get all they can out of anyone. I don't even know where to begin with the amount of times they have tried to scam me for. I am gladly to see the back of this company and I shall continue to advise anyone who I might talk to regarding energy companies not to consider Ecotricity! I wish you all existing costumers the best.

If I could leave a zero star I would. I tried to pay my balance multiple times and their system failed. 5 separate people within the business have my bank details. I had no contact from them for over a year, then out of no where they set a debt collector on me 2 months before Christmas, threatening CCJs. I had been passed around the company - with no one person making a decision. Even the MD passed me back to the person I had already dealt with. Shocking. I truly hope they get caught up in all these energy companies going bust.
