Extremely appalling, non-existent customer service. No one answers the phones, even after hours and hours of being on hold. I've had enough and I am leaving this shambles of a company.

Absolutely dire customer service. They just do not answer the phone. It shows huge disrespect for their customers that they think keeping people on hold over an hour is acceptable.

I am in dispute with Ecotricity. they charged 4 time than usual early this year. Do you have a similar experience ?

I go back a long way with Ecotricity - I had a tour of the first windmill with Dale many years ago. And the company values very much align with my own. I've remained loyal despite moving well away from the area. But the customer service is just appalling - emails are never answered even if you chase. If anything, with the recent bad news, they should be stepping up their efforts. I'm a firm believer in honest reviews (good or bad) - I believe it helps others make informed choices. Well here's one for people to consider.
