I highly recommend Truhouse Windows!!! They were recommended to me by my cousin who loved what they did for her. I couldn't be happier with the whole process of working with Truhouse, right from the initial phonecall with their sales team, who were really welcoming and inviting, right through to the final finish. On Chris's first visit to measure up it was very clear that he cared and wanted to offer the very best service and higher end product. Knowing he and his dad have ran this friendly family business for many years, I felt reassured I was in good hands and wanted to support them too. He made it easy to select the style of windows and all the details too, which was really helpful when there's so much choice! The process continued very smoothly with quotes, the full survey and any tweeks needed, and the installation date was provided swiftly and on time. Dan and Josh installed all the windows and door and they were amaaaazing!!!! Their workmanship was so impressive - smooth yet slick with such attention to detail. They took so much care over all the finishes - inside and out, and even went to extra efforts to reroute or box in wires, or make any small repairs to brickwork that were revealed when the old windows were taken out. They were extremely tidy, looking after my belongings and cleaning up after themselves thoroughly every step of the way. They took pride in their work and have done an excellent job. There was not a single fault with any window or fitting. They were also fun and a joy to work with for 4 days! I couldn't be happier with the finish and these beautiful, super satisfying, high quality new windows and door. I feel very fortunate to have chosen Truhouse and worked with such a fabulous team! Punctual, speedy work from two really nice and friendly and accomodating guys. Left everything as before. Perfectly clean and looking great. Even patched up some unexpected exposed mullion and gaps to look good inside and out. Windows sit tight and work just as expected. Two days no fuss and all done. Thanks so much.
