Frithwood Surgery

This surgery is the best I have ever been registered with. I moved here after months of my previous doctor telling me there was nothing much wrong with me when I knew there was. After only a few weeks of being at this doctors surgery, Dr Nattrass had done a thorough and proper investigation and found there was a problem after all. His tireless determination to find the cause of my problem has now lead to my having an answer. I have a 15cm wide by 15cm deep mass growing on my liver which has made me ill for a long time! He has literally saved my life! In addition and to compliment Dr Nattrass are his team at the front desk who are very lovely and understanding and although they are under enormous pressure have always made me feel cared for and like I am not just the next person in the queue!

So often we hear negative reports about doctor's surgeries, so I want to take time to say I have been enormously impressed by the care I have received from Frithwood. I accept I cannot see a doctor immediately, there just aren't enough hours in the day and demands are high. I have however been able to receive a call-back and each doctor I have spoken to has been so helpful. When needed, I have received prompt treatment or referrals. Repeat prescription are made easy online. Thank you to all staff, from front desk to medical professionals.

I had an appointment for a minor op on Friday Aug 5th. The nurse called for me within five minutes of my appointment time. I was introduced to the doctor and a trainee doctor, they looked at what was required and talked me through the procedure and then they proceeded in doing the small surgery. They kept me informed of what was happening and I am very pleased with the end result. I can't thank Dr Nattrass enough, great job and for the nurse in cleaning my wounds. Many Thanks Clint Gobey.

It has been on and off the last 4 years..I'm not from England and not used to that we don't have one doctor...I hate to start all over again. And a lots of doctors has been here just for a few months so feel no connection to this place. That's sad cos they are good
