Staff totally unhelpful to source lack of supply of medication making it the patient's responsibility. Not the practice responsibility if no medication available at chemist wholesalers or supply chain from manufacturers to wholesalers. Duty of care stops with a doctor's prescription handed to patients. Impossible to even order medication at a chemist if no stock at wholesaler
