I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this dental practice. I visited for the first time in Feb 2023 because of a hole to one tooth. However I was recommended 600 worth of dental work. Despite my doubts, I proceeded with the treatment, but things went downhill from there. I returned a week later with problems (to the same tooth), Fourways provided me with a temporary fix that didn't solve the issue. Had they taken an X-Ray they would have seen the problem that was highlighted to me at another practice in Nailsworth (more on this later). So this was a missed opportunity to examine me properly and put things right. Within two weeks however, I was experiencing pain and facial numbness. Fourways prescribed an antibiotic which briefly resolved the problem. An attempt was made to charge me for the antibiotic for a further 11 pounds... (I hope you get the picture from this, suffice to say I did not pay that). A while after the antibiotic, pain returned and after two sleepless nights towards the end of March, and having lost all faith in Fourways services I decided to visit another dentist. The new dentist took X-rays and discovered the poor dentistry that had been performed at 'Fourways'. They extracted the tooth that was causing the problem. This was an additional expense for me. The X-ray was sent to Fourways. No compensation was offered for the poor work or even a sorry. There are still problems with some of the other teeth that were filled, which I am going back to my new dentist for further help with. I don't write Google reviews a rule, but on this occasion I was left with no choice. I would not recommend this practice to anyone seeking quality dental care or value for money.

Always very good and look after me well! It is not my favourite place to go, but Hugh always makes me feel at ease when I have some work done!

I highly recommend this dental surgery after the great care and support I received as I am not one who enjoys the dentist at all. They made me very welcome and very comfortable. I highly recommend Fourways Dental Surgery to anybody who is worried or scared about going to the dentist. I was but left feeling very happy and this has helped me to want to return. Thank you all.

POOR QUALITY COSMETIC WORK LASTED 3 DAYS - NO REFUND! My dentist was on vacation and I was sent to Fourways for a replacement of a damaged cap to my front tooth. I was appreciative of the appointment and found the staff to be pleasant. I was concerned. that during the procedure there appeared to be a shortage of the correct materials, each time the dentist asked for something the assistant said she didn't have it and he asked for an alternative. The replacement cap was not good. It was a poor colour match, it was too thick and the shape was incorrect. 3 days later the cap split in half when I was drinking a cup of tea. The Forways cap lasted 3 days. and cost. 160. The previous cap had lasted 6 years! I returned to my usual dentist and he replaced the Fourways cap 230 which now looks perfect. I contacted Fourways. to ask for a refund they said they would call me back. 3 weeks have past and I have had no response and no refund. I would not use this dentist again.
