        I really don't know what we pay council tax for. You get your bins picked up twice a month, you ask the council for help with a neighbour who's dogs do nothing but bark when she isn't there (today it was 5hrs constant) they do absolutely sod all about it even though you send them evidence, they are a complete waste of time. and money, your parish council do nothing for you and there aren't enough police.
