        Quoted for the cost of a survey for our insurance. Then announced the day before he was due to conduct this survey that the price had doubled and suddenly sounded unsure that he could make the agreed date. Total waste of time.

        I have worked with Mark personally on several occasions and have always recieved a first rate, expert service. Hes not afraid to state his opinion and this is refreshing in a trade where many reports now contain standard caveats and clauses written to protect the surveyor rather than advise the client. An experienced, sensible, considered professional. I would reccomend him highly and in fact I always do!
