Lots to look at, always changing. I've been about 15x since they've opened and I think I've had a smile once, if that. I've witnessed and been on the receiving end of many an unhelpful staff member. I saw a lady who looked in her last days of her pregnancy, reaching up to the top shelf to get a playmat and mobile after asking a staff member about it at the till. She wasn't offered help and in the end said she would leave it (I was pregnant myself at the time so couldn't help either). I've been overcharged a couple of times and one one occasion a staff member said "oh that's in good condition, shall we call it X?" and changed the price. Plenty to buy, good deals and much cheaper than other charity shops. The only reason I have continued to go back and to recommend them is because it goes to a good cause and that's more important to me than a friendly service/experience.

Brilliant social enterprise. In the same site as furniture bank, cycle shop and the cafe.
