        Waste of time and money.I asked and insisted for a deep check diagnostic for my Insignia made by Vauxhall "experts" .I told them from the begining i have my own professional diagnostic tool and i don't want just to check any MIL light on. I want it to speak with the mechanic to explain i need a deep check of the parameters, the data and maybe an ECM update. Was not allowed to do that. Steve the guy from the reception said he will pass the message. He didn't pass any message and the mechanic just did a normal diagnostic test. He came back with the result what i knew. After i paid also for nothing, when i start the car the SVS message on the dash. I plugged my diagnostic tool when i arrived at home and surprise, 1 glow plug to be replace.140 pounds is the price for one glow plug with sensor.What's happened in that garage? During the diagnostic test the glow plug has been burnt, somebody replaced the good one with a bad one or maybe that was the fatidic moment for my glow plug ? Only GOD knows, i didn't get any video and no chance to watch what's happening inside of the garage.
