Petersfield Used Car Centre

I went to the car centre last weekend and looked at the VW Golf I wanted. No body came to bother me, or help, or ask if I had any questions, I was left alone, which is just what I wanted. When I went inside, I said I'd like to see more of the car and for a test drive. I was given the keys and told if I had any questions, they were there to help. I could drive the car if I wanted. No hassles, not sales talk, no questions, Just perfectly relaxed way to view the car. I drove the car and decided I wanted it. Katie was very helpful, and showed me the paperwork, and answered a few questions I had. I was nervous at spending so much money! She patiently talked me through exactly what to do about payment, insurance, tax, and I could collect the car the same day - which was an hour later! Katie did everything including buying the 12 months tax. Superb service, and I am very grateful for her help and patience. After sales service also good so far - the sat nav had a missing memory card, and after a single email to Katie she had one organised for me. All good, very good. (if you go there to look at a car - ask for Katie!)

Went when closed. Live in a west Meon. I'm looking for a car 10k-12k. Apart from not having g many in this price range. I thought you selection were very good. Regards John

Have to join the ever expanding list of people singing the praise of Petersfield used car centre. I purchased a used Skoda Kodiaq, dealing with Sean, Katy and Jonathan. Viewing and purchasing: I was given space to view and test the vehicle. There was never any hard selling, I was simply left to view and test the vehicle at my leisure. Any questions I had were answered and yet again left to my own devices which was wonderful. When I was done, the purchase was discusses over a cup of tea, again no sales tactics in site. Preparation: the car was prepared and put through their workshop prior to delivery and all maintenance tasks carried out. Nothing was over looked, recieving 4 new tyres and a thorough brake replacement. Delivery: the car was delivered exactly as arranged, the warranty explained and final paperwork signed. From start to finish, with every person I dealt with during the purchase, it felt like I was working with a family. All extremely friendly, courteous and professional. Other establishments could learn a thing or two from here. Despite being a two hour drive away from me, I'll be asking them to help me when I next need to purchase a car

I just want to say that I had a very excepional experience buying a car from Jonathan. Very professional and helpful with information. Really nice to see a good dealer that doesn't rush you to purchase the car and very relax environment. Definitely you can buy with confidence. Thank you very much for your help Jonathan.
