We've used Andy and the Houseproud Construction Team several times over the last 14 years, working on two properties. During that time they have carried out roof maintenance and repair, a major 3 storey extension, a kitchen refit and a bathroom refit. In our new property we unearthed a problem and immediately contacted Andy, he was able to provide a sensible, cost effective solution that involved putting in a damp proofing system, removing walls, reflooring, fitting a new kitchen and WC, rewiring, plumbing and carpentry - all executed to the usual high standards. I would recommend Andy and his team to anyone.

Andy & team carried out a repair on my cracked & bulging ceiling. From start to finish he provided an excellent, professional service, with good communication, clear & unbiased assessment of needs & description of alternatives for repair. The work was carried out efficiently, with the minimum possible intrusion, and the area was left immaculately clean & tidy. The result was amazing - I am so pleased with it. From the assessment of the job to repair the chimney to the estimate, all was excellent. I was given a clear and concise report on what was wrong and what repairs were needed. The repairs were carried out very efficiently and the result exemplary. My thanks to Andy for all his hard, enthusiastic and brilliant work.
