        Went this evening for my 1st session, at first I was nervous was expecting to walk into a testosterone filled gym that smells like a bull fight but nothing like it , I'm terribly unfit ATM and have decided to loose weight and take action on my fitness I've been apprehensive about going for a while now but I dragged myself there and I must say I am so glad I did and I am looking forward to becoming a member and achieving my goals
