        The customer service at Bike Works, Stroud is excellent. My bike went in for a standard service but needed some additional work. This was explained to me by phone, after the bike had been checked over, & the extra costs were outlined. Once I gave the OK, the team fitted the new parts straight away & my bike was ready for collection within 48 hours of dropping it off. I will definitely use this family-run business from now on.

        Luke and Jonathan were brilliant when I returned my bike after the first ride. They quickly got in touch with the different manufacturers, and organised replacement parts to be shipped out and installed without any agro. They kept me in the loop throughout. Thanks guys.

        Great shop with good range of bikes, good service and good value for money. Lots of little things they do on new bikes do cost them money, and saved us money (like fitting decent tyres without extra charge!).

        Fixed my aging road bike to a fantastic mechanical condition - did what others could not over the years (a proper diagnostic to find the root cause of issues, rather than just replacing parts at will) in a matter of days. They were exactly what I hoped a local bike shop would be - fab knowledge, great mechanical ability, superb customer service. Will be back!
