        Shane was very helpful with an urgent end of day buckled wheel and broken spoke. He replaced the spoke, trued the wheel up as well as he could, it had previously suffered impact damage (me riding bang into my mate Steve) and gave us wise advice, get on the train & find a new wheel tomorrow. A rare size of which he had sold his last one that lunchtime. We took the advice and the bike just made it home. Shane wouldn't take any money. Lovely man, a credit to his profession. Also, lovely locals who helped with advice & phoned Shane for us & chatted to Steve sat at the road side with only one wheel ( I was away with the other one to the shop ).
