        Closed for refurb for 8 to 10 weeks nearest branch 9 miles. 6 month after the refurb they are closing. And they call this a bank? Terrible service.

        Hilariously inadequate- couldnt deal with any of my issues. And chatting casually amongst each other on personal topics while a queue of 5 elderly people were waiting to be served but too polite to interrupt the staff . No wonder its closing in a couple of months . Terrible

        I have been stood in a queue in Stroud branch for a long time. No one has come to serve anyone of us. They have walked passed and gone to make tea. But nothing going on! I need to withdraw cash and can't use the machine!!!
