Vision Mill Architects

If you're considering contracting Vision Mill Architects, I'd be incredibly cautious. We started working with them a year ago, however we learnt early on to double check the sums they were quoting for consultant services and to query invoices. Bold advice was given as to what the planners were most likely to accept, however when the plans were rejected they quickly backtracked and suggested a different route should have been taken, with an additional set of invoices submitted which apparently were due for payment immediately. Although they charge the rates of credible firms, they are far from it. It seems invoices are submitted based on when they're missing to make payroll that month, instead of what should be billed for and when queried, you're told by Nick he can't pay last months wages unless you pay immediately. Although they purport to work from an office like a reputable firm, meetings are offered at coffee shops or your own home or office. There is no office and no substance to this company, you have no redress if you try to hold them to account. We know we're not the only ones who have taken issue to the excessive bills charged by Vision Mill. We'd suggest you save yourself from a year of excessive costs and wasted time and choose a reputable firm instead.

Much quicker at sending out invoices than they are at dealing with complaints.
