Initially we had a good experience with corinium care before the company changed hands and there were several changes of staff. Carers complained that the company was not as good as the others as an employer. The final carer we were sent from corinium came in jan 21, She was not supported by corinium. She was supposed to be with mum for three months max but ended up a year working 24/7 given only 2 weeks holiday in that entire year. Exhausted and unhappy themselves and not giving good care for my mother at all. I really would advise avoiding this company.

Absolute scammers - completely immoral, its all about the money and nothing to do with the quality of the care or the individual involved - AVOID at all costs!!

Corinium care showed me so much love when I arrived I was so overwhelmed i wanted to leave and go back to South Africa but so happy I stuck it out I have now been here since 30 June I am looking after the most precious little old lady and I am loving it thank u corinium Care for all your support and love

I have worked for Corinium Care for 4 years. as a live in carer. and have found the company to be a highly professional and caring organisation to work for. In my experience the well being of both clients and care workers is always at the front of their minds. The training I have received is comprehensive and up to date with current practices, and is regular and rigorous. The care manager I work with in my locality is supportive and attentive to both my needs and my requests for support on behalf of the clients. She is proactive and attentive demonstrating genuine personal concern , going the extra mile when required and is always available to offer advice and assistance . Corinium Care provide an excellent service, they are keen to meet the highly individual needs of clients requiring 24 hour live in care and are sensitive to the needs of their families.
