        Generally it's a good experience , bit depending on who is working you could get a rude attitude. Products in abundance, reasonably priced. The odd rude staff member is not enough for me to change branches.

        I went out of my way to visit this store thinking that I could find a stylish half wig for protective styling. I stepped into the shop and entered the year 2002. They are literally still selling wigs I used to wear TWENTY YEARS AGO at the turn of the century. I even saw the wig I wore to my graduation in 2003 (Sensationnel FM 9004). I asked why they don't stock current styles and I was told that their customers like the classic styles. Which I choose to interpret as "we aren't buying new stock until we shift all the old stock". It's a shame as Paks has numerous stores around London and I don't like buying wigs online as I like to see them in person. I guess I'll have to continue relying on YouTube reviews and buying online from Exodus Beauty, Wiggit or Amazon.com
